Our menu follows nature’s rhythm, two parts sea, one part land, with over 70% of our ingredients sourced locally.
We work with local farmers for our produce, and with local fishermen and our own crew aboard Kraken to bring sustainable, line-caught seafood prepared using the ikejime technique, every ingredient handled with care and respect.
